What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday - Friday besides public holidays.

For special orders on the weekends please contact us via email.

When do I need to order by?

Daily $30 Delivery

Can be ordered before 1pm or until sold out for same day delivery.

All Other Arrangements

Need to be ordered at least one day prior to the delivery date.

Can I preorder?

You sure can, just select the date you would like the delivery to be made.

What if no one is home?

If no one is home when the delivery is made we will do our best to leave the flowers in a cool shaded place with a water supply. As no one will be able to sign for the flowers a photo will be taken of where the blooms have been placed and sent to you by email.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

Here at Little Woodland we want our customers to always be happy, if there has been an issue with your order please contact us the same day as delivery via email at hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com


What is my responsibility as a customer?

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct details such as the correct delivery address and unit/street number. If you have filled the details in incorrectly please contact us straight away and we will do our best to correct the order.

When will my order be delivered?

Your flowers will be delivered to all business and residential addresses between 12pm & 5pm on the date you have selected for delivery. We are not able to do set delivery times.

What if I would like blooms delivered to a suburb not on the delivery location list?

Just send us an email at hello@littlewoodlandflorist.com and we will see if we can sort something out.

Do you do flowers for events?

Of course! Just get in contact with us via email, provide us with some details and we will be able to supply you with a quote.
